Roles & Responsibilities Include:
- Organise any necessary maintenance on behalf of clients.
- Organise cleaning of properties following guest departure.
- Inventory management, thoroughly checking properties using check lists after each departure.
- From booking to check-out you will serve as their point of contact via email and in person.
- Creating tailored welcome packs for each guest.
- Meet and greet every guest to provide a warm welcome and show them around the property.
- Flexible working, hours may include evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and punctual
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Keen attention to detail
