We're Hiring! - Property Manager & Guest Liason

We're looking to grow our team in order to match consistently increasing demand for our fantastic Airbnb/holiday let management services. If you're a driven, independent and keen to learn and develop then this may be the ideal role for you. 

Roles & Responsibilities Include:

Property Management

• Organise any necessary maintenance on behalf of clients.

• Organise cleaning of properties following guest departure.

• Inventory management, thoroughly checking properties using check lists after each departure.

Guest Liaison

• From booking to check-out you will serve as their point of contact via email and in person.

• Creating tailored welcome packs for each guest.

• Meet and greet every guest to provide a warm welcome and show them around the property.

Requirements

• Flexible working, hours may include evenings and weekends.

• Excellent communication skills

• Organised and punctual

• Ability to work independently and use initiative

• Keen attention to detail
